Can I buy from Sapling if I am not a New Leaf Builders buyer?

Sapling is only offered to New Leaf Builders home owners and their friends and family. Wondering if you may qualify? Just contact us. 

How do I order?

Once you request a quote on the website, we will formalize a price list, and set up a time to meet to put together a package that works for your budget and timeline.

Is there a minimum?
No, your order can be as little or as much as you like.
Do you have payment plans?

Yes! Sapling has partnered with LightStream, a fast and easy-to-use lender that specializes in home-related projects like us. No fees, no home equity requirements. No problem.

Where can I go to touch, feel, sit?

Any one of our New Leaf model homes are staged with many of Sapling’s offerings. Fabric and wood samples will be available during one-on-one appointments.

How do I receive my furniture?
Sapling offers delivery and installation of all furniture into your home, anywhere you want it. Sapling is a White Glove based company, so that when you are ready for delivery we will be there.
What is your return policy?

Sapling covers any and all defects in our goods, carrying all of our vendors’ warranty programs. If you have any questions on products and if they will work with your home, we are here to help.

Are all of your offerings on the website and how often do you update?

We load new inventory every month. Each Market we update with new vendors. If there is something specific that you are looking for and do not see it on our website, please reach out. We are happy to hunt.

Do you have a physical store?
In the Fall of 2023 we will be opening a new office for Sapling in Hayes Park on Johns Island. We also have multiple model homes that are filled with all offerings of Sapling.
What if I am unhappy with any pieces?

All items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If the item received is incorrect or damaged, please contact a Sapling team member for assistance.

Do you ever have discount sales? Is there price matching or a price guarantee?
Sapling does not have sales or price match, but you can buy into the Sapling VIP program which allows you to purchase furniture at an even lower price.
What if the item is damaged upon arrival?
Sapling furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. For items received via White Glove Delivery, your signature is required at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered at that point, the merchandise will go back with the white glove delivery service for inspection. Exchanges offered in the event an incorrect item is received.
How can I change or cancel my order?
In-stock furniture and decor orders may not be canceled as they immediately begin to process. Pre-orders may be cancelled penalty free until they are processed to ship.
How soon can I receive my furniture?

At Sapling, our goal is to deliver your furniture in the quickest way offering you the best service at the best price! We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. These factors are used to determine the shipping method or methods selected for each order. Items ordered together may not ship together.
